Ryan was great. Very knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. Another company had quoted us 6 times as much as he charged us. Ryan did the work in less than 20 mins that they “needed” 2hours to do. He even fixed a slow draining sink that he noticed was not draining well enough.

Yesterday Ryan replaced our digital thermostat system with a Tado smart thermostat product. He did a great job - as a Tado specialist, Ryan explained how the new system worked, answered all our queries and helped us set up the Tado app. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Ryan and Thermatek Heating.

We recently had the pleasure of working with thermatek plumbing and heating. Ryan arrived promptly to install an outside hot water tap for us. When Ryan arrived, he talked us through the best options for fitting the tap, then carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Before leaving he made sure to test everything and talked us through what he had done. Really impressed with Ryan and thermatek, highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Excellent service from Ryan. Fitted new Tado heating controller system, rebuilt bathroom sink fittings, new mains water switch and went above and beyond to fix a couple of other niggling problems. Happy to recommend.
